NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-003737 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATIONS, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-17 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and DANIEL HOWARD A/K/A DANIEL J. HOWARD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEEE FOR TAYLOR BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement:
