Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004842WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-B, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-B under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated June 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and, KENNETH J. MORGANand KELLY MORGAN are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00AM on the 14TH day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 473, COLONIAL HILLS UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
