Notice is hereby given, pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 412008CA011926XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2006-HE3 is Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO HERNANDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LIME FINANCIAL SERVICES, LTD. MIN NO. 100206411111470448; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. SHORE, III, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at website of www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 26day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgement, to-wit:
the south 74.5 feet of lot 2, and the north 10feet of the west 124 feet, less the west 62 feet of lot 4, together with a 15 fooT alley lying south of said lot 2 and north of said lot 4, aLl lying and being in block s, of c.h davis resubdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 1, page 271, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
