NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007170, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is the Plaintiff and CLAIRE HOFFMAN; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FSB; TARA PLANTATION GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTOPHER MARTIN HOFFMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAIRE HOFFMAN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 27th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 17-C, TARA PLANTATION GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1432, PAGES 3375 THROUGH 3467, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
