NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-004493, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and BEVERLY STRECKERT AKA BEVERLY J. STRECKERT, WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II-C CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, JANET M. LITTERIO AKA JANET LITTERIO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BEVERLY J. STRECKERT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET M. LITTERIO AKA JANET LITTERIO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 27th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 319, wildewood springs ii-c, a condominium according to declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 980, page 3796 through 3853, inclusive and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in condominium book 10, pages 111 through 115, inclusive, and as amended in condominium book 11, pages 116 through 120, inclusive, and in condominium book 12, page 43 through 47, of the public records of manatee county, florida. TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST IN CARPORT #GG-6, together with a undivided interest in THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
