NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-006266 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY F. BREINER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF N.C.; GREENBROOK WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/28/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 105, BUILDING 30, PHASE 3B, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613; OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2113, PAGE 3297 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH AND DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
