ALFARO; BELKYS M. HERNANDEZ-ALFARO; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, INC.; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the
2nd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING 6302, UNIT 201 OF SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1688, PAGE 6320 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 122 THROUGH 128 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN SUCH DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
