THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and GARY THAXTON A/K/A GARY TAD THAXTON; BRANDY A. THAXTON; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
