Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002924 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , JOHN HARBETand JANE DOE N/K/A KELLY GAUSE are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00AM on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FOUR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 62, public records of Pasco County, Florida.
