Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-002077-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13 is the Plaintiff and , SCOTT JENNEY; and KRISTINE JENNEY; and WATERS EDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; and HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; and WATERS EDGE PATIO HOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, OF WATERS EDGE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 30, public records of Pasco County, Florida.
