NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-012871 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ROSANNE COSTANZO; ROSALYN G. MORRIS; TRADEWINDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF BRADENTON BEACH, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/03/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 29, TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 36 THROUGH 51 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1926, PAGES 2992 THROUGH 3067 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
