NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-012245 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KEVIN DEGEETER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
