NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-008579 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA12, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA12, is Plaintiff, and MARCI SCRIMALE A/K/A MARCI L. SCRIMALE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK G, OF OLD GROVE AT GREENFIELD PLANTATION, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGES 53 THRU 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
