YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit 119, Week 38, WHITE SANDS OF LONGBOAT CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 986, Pages 3300 through 3377, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly Martinson Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
