Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 21, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 130, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 94 THROUGH 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5731 NEW PARIS WAY, ELLENTON, FL 34222; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 4, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
