Unit 17, Building F, Phase D, PINE BAY FOREST CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 994, Page 1851, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Page 125, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of November, 2011.
