YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petittion for Declaratory Judgment Determining Heirs and Order Clarifying County Named as Trust Grantor has been filed in this Court. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are:
