TO: Defendants, CLIFTON J. MARTIN, JR., individually (“Mr. Martin”) and as Trustee of Trust No. 710 dated November 27, 2007(“Trust 710”), and as Trustee of the Clifton J. Martin Jr. Trust dated November 27, 2007 (“Mr. Martin Trust”), if living and, if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, beneficiaries, or other persons claiming an interest by, through, under, or against CLIFTON J. MARTIN, JR., individually and as Trustee of Trust No. 710 dated November 27, 2007, and as Trustee of the Clifton J. Martin Jr. Trust dated November 27, 2007, of said Defendants:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose the mortgage existing on property which you may have an interest has been filed against you. The real property which you may have an interest has been filed against you. The real property or its address is commonly known as 710 36 Avenue E., Bradenton, Florida 34208, and more particularly described as:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK D, ORANGE RIDGE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TAX ID: 4790000006.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Stovash, Case & Tingley, P.A., c/o Rachel E. Scherwin, Esquire, whose address is SunTrust Center, 200 S Orange Ave, Suite 122, Orlando, Florida, 32801, within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint.
