NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-005211 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOSE RODRIGUEZ A/K/A JOSE A. RODRIGUEZ; DIANA DURANO A/K/A DIANA V. DURANO ERQUIAGA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of October , 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
