NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-006746 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANYON BEHALF OF FINANCIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORP.,SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and LOURDES LUACES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; ABERDEEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
