NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2011, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an auction at THE SAM M. GIBBONS UNITED STATES COURTHOUSES, ROOM 8A, located at 801 N. FLORIDA AVENUE, in TAMPA, FLORIDA beginning at 9:30 AM ET on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 the following described property:
Lot 6 Less the East 31.00 feet thereof, and Lot 7 and 8 and the North 43 2/3 feet of Lot 9 and that part of a closed alley lying West of Lot 7, and that part of the West 1/2 of a closed alley lying East of the North 43 2/3 feet of said Lot 9 and South of a Westerly projection of the South line of said Lot 7, all in Block 3 in SCHNEIDER SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 8 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Less right of way for State Road 39.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
