NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered on October 3, 2011 in Case No. 2009-CA-009424 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, FRANCESCA P. LAVER, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida on November 10, 2011 at 10 AM for the following describe property:
LOT 5, BLOCK 9 LESS THE WEST 1 FEET THEREOF, OF PALMERE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 51 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
