NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2011, and entered in 2007-CA-009384 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OPT1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and DIXIE JEAN GORBY; JOHN RAY GORBY; UNKNOWN TENANT A/K/A LINDA SCHULTZ; LINDA SCHULTZ; ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANYC/O CFO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602,, at 2:00 pm on November 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH , RANGE 21 EAST, AND RUN SOUTH 787 FEET AND WEST 690 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 210 FEET, THENCE EAST 210 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 210 FEET, AND THENCE WEST 210 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
