NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007268, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO ORTEGA; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, IN BLOCK 26, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “O” AND “R”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, AT PAGES 115 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
