NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary or Default Judgment on Verified Complaint,” and the “Order Rescheduling September 8, 2011, Foreclosure Sale,” entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, via the internet, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on January 10, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.:
Lot 5, Sawgrass Industrial Park, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 18 and 18A/B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Tract 49, Palmer Farms, First Unit, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 216, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence N. 8°27'30” W along North line of said Tract 49, 450 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue N 89°27'30” W along said North line of tract 49, 200 feet; thence S 0°06' E and parallel to East line of said Tract 49, 150 feet; thence S 89°27'30” E and parallel to North line of said Tract 49, 200 feet; thence N 0°06' W and parallel to East line of said Tract 49, 150 feet to the point of beginning; being a part of said Tract 49 of Palmer Farms, First Unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
