Notice is hereby given that on October 25, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at Tim's Auto Service Inc. dba Tim's Auto Service 5615 Lawton Dr, Sarasota, FL 34233 the following vehicle will be sold for $761.75 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 1997 Buick VIN# 2G4WF5219V1418706. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $761.75 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Sarasota County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
