NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 021103 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff MICHAEL KAMKAR, NILOO KAMKAR, UNIQUE POOLS AND DESIGNS, INC., and 5355 MCINTOSH CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the highest bidder for cash on: November 1, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit 6, 5355 Mcintosh Center, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Instrument #2003126110 as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 36, Page 15, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
