NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015050 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA3, is Plaintiff, and CAROL T. GALLEGOS A/K/A CAROL GALLEGOS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 12, OF GULF VIEW SECTION OF VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
