NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated September 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 013838 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on NOVEMBER 2, 2011, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 1516, 3OTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 14, 14A through 14Q, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
