NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000911 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SALLY P. KENT, DECEASED, GE MONEY BANK, A CORPORATION F/K/A GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO., GULFCOAST DISASTER & REPAIRS, THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, VILLAGE IN THE PINES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, VICTORIA KENT BUTLER, JOSEPH F. KENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALLY P. KENT, DECEASED, SHARON KENT RENDON-HERNANDEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 30, VILLAGE IN THE PINES, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 937, PAGE 296, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 16 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
