NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of April, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019470 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-19,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-19 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES L. KOVACIC; BAY ISLES ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY ISLES HARBOR ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, OF BAY ISLES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE (S) 35, 35A AND 35B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS TOF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE AN A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
