NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001577-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SUSAN M BAKER A/K/A SUSAN MAY BAKER; FAIRWAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 26th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 106, OF FAIRWAY OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 915, PAGE 837 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVEDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
