NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 28, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007425-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-R2, Plaintiff and Patricia Dellanno and Gerard Giove are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on November 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9A, BLOCK 266, 1ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 29, 29A THROUGH 29J, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
