NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020549 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. PRESTIA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; TERRIE L. PRESTIA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the East 1/4 corner of Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 20 East; Thence N 89Ëš 30' 46” W, along the 1/4 Section Line, 721.49 feet for a point of beginning; Thence S 1Ëš 26' 29” E, 555.76 Feet; Thence N 89Ëš 30' 46” W, 392.12 Feet, Thence N 1Ëš 26' 29” W, 555.76 feet to the 1/4 Section Line; Thence S 89Ëš 30' 46” E, along said 1/4 Section Line 392.12 feet to the point of beginning. Lying and being is Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
