NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011529 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH5, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-CH5 is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK JENKINS A/K/A FREDERICK R. JENKINS; SHELLY G. JENKINS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10 day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 1198, 35TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
