NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011527 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY DALE WARREN JR A/K/A TIMOTHY WARREN JR; ASHWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY DALE JR., WARREN A/K/A TIMOTHY WARREN JR AND UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, ASHWOOD, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
