PAULA MAE MASTEN and HSBC MORTGAGE,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2011-CA-001772-NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 209-G, SORRENTO PARK, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1021, Pages 774 through 834, as amended in O.R. Book 1376, Page 719, as amended in O.R. Book 1492, Page 272, and as amended in O.R. Book 1932, Pages 0033 through 0053, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 11, 11A and 11B, as amended in Condominium Book 14, Pages 32, 32A and 32B, as amended in Condominium Book 20, Pages 3, 3A and 3B, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on November 2, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
