NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2011 CC 002063 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 308-C, LONGBOAT ARMS CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 763, Page 193, and all amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 50, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 7th day of November, 2011.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
