NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated September 30, 2011, and entered in 2009CA001565NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION 2006-OPT2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH
CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and DEANNA D. MAI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEANNA D. MAI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., et al. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on November 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 22, GULF GATE, UNIT NO.6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
