Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, on November 14, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
