Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 19, 2011, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida, on October 24, 2011 at 09:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
