NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 27, 2011 and entered in 2011-CA-005159-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and JACQUELINE Y. NEIPERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE Y. NEIPERT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on Nov. 01, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 477, BRENTWOOD ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
