An undivided 1/51st Interest in and to Condominium Unit(s) 232 and its (their) undivided respective share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restriction and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNTIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUMS SECTION II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1531, Pages 220 thru 300, amended in O. R. Book 1754, Pages 1782 thru 1783, amended in O.R. Book 1797, Pages 1249 thru 1250 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 12 and 12A thru 12D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to occupy the aforesaid unit during unit week no. 36 it being agreed and understood by purchasers herein that all other weeks of each year are assigned to owners of other undivided interests in the above mentioned unit(s) or to the owners association.
at public sale, located at 2940 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida 34239 at 9:00 a.m., on November 15, 2011 to the highest and best bidder for cash,. The highest bidder of the timeshare interest shall pay the price bid to the Trustee in cash or certified funds on the day of the sale. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or certified funds payable to Trustee.
The property is being sold at a trustee foreclosure sale based on a default by Obligors to pay assessments made by Suntide Island Beach Club Owners Association, Inc. against the above-described properties that were due on January 1, 2009 and thereafter. Following this default in obligation to make payments, Suntide Island Beach Club Owners Association, Inc. recorded a Claim of Lien in the Official Records Instrument number listed below, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. This Claim of Lien secures the amount listed below, with an additional amount of interest accruing per day following the date of recording as listed below.

Pursuant to a Notice of Appointment of Non-Judicial Timeshare Foreclosure Trustee recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2011039636, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, Suntide Island Beach Club Owners Association, Inc., has appointed RICHARD A. ULRICH as its Trustee for the purposes of performing the trustee foreclosure of assessment liens pursuant to Section 721.855, Florida Statutes. The name and address of the Trustee is Richard A.
