NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Restting Foreclosure Sale dated the 28 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-05510, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA H. OCONNELL; LELY CIVIC ASSN. INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; LAURA O'CONNELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE LAURA O'CONNELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA H. O'CONNELL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 22, LELY GOLF ESTATES, ST. ANDREWS EAST SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
