NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007119, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CAROLINA SOCORRO MACIAS, ADMIRALTY HOUSE, INC., SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLINA SOCORRO MACIAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. N-201, OF ADMIRALTY HOUSE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 554, PAGE 737, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
