NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006932 ofof the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and KATHERYN MORENO; TENANT #1 N/K/A RAFAEL CHACAN are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 96 D, UNIT 26 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORDS
