Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium, on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31st day of October, 2011, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
The South 180 feet of Tract No. 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 81, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 19, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
