AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB MIN NO. 1001337-0002212971-5; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM A. SILVA; MYRIAM I. FORTES; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OK AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT.
