NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 03, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11 2010 CA 001012 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and GAYLE M. WILLIAMS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GAYLE M. WILLIAMS DATED 6/29/05; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GAYLE M. WILLIAMS DATED 6/29/05; ERIC ALAN WILLIAMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; VALENCIA AT PELICAN BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT B-203, VALENCIA AT PELICAN BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1373, PAGES 1451 THROUGH 1620, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
