NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-04487-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ADRIANA ARIZMENDI; JOSE ARIZMENDI, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 139, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 107 THROUGH 116.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
